Licensing and technology transfer, including preparing, assisting in negotiating, and reviewing licensing agreements and assignments covering all forms of intellectual property. Trade
secrets, including assistance in identifying, maintaining,
and enforcing rights to trade secrets, drafting and analyzing nondisclosure
and confidential disclosure agreements, and litigation support.
